DESPERATION

Desperation is raising all kind of destructive results in this time.  The wars, nature's wrath, and money fears are causing humans to hold more for their animal side, which sole interest is survival.  The reasoning of love and trust are put aside with truth and justice.  Desperate people are leaning on their understanding and are manifesting ways to make their thoughts reality.  Where religion has been found guilty, the people have once again persecuted the Almighty for the actions of man.  What can help such a humanity who has drowned in chaos?  The voices of reason speak aloud and shine their light to a blind and deaf world.  With only good intent, still able to maintain those who remain steadfast on the journey of right.  Where the world has received its share of prophets, priests, and King of ALL Kings, the decision is left onto humanity to humble itself and heed the words of those powerful voices.  For the voices they are now listening to are fulfilling the prophecy of evil to lead all to death and destruction when the Almighty has conquered hell and death.

As InI see another month of July rise, InI give thanks for His Highness Ras Makonnen and Woizero Yeshimebet for giving birth to InI King of Creation Ras TafarI Makonnen, who free InI with love and mercy when he ascended to remain on his rightful throne as Emperor of Ethiopia, His Ivine Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie I the First.

CORPORATE CRIME WAVE

The news stories of all the criminals running publicly owned companies that are going bankrupt is killing the American dollar at the same rate of speed as AIDS.  When the cry of 'main street' is, "Someone has to go to jail," there is a great pressure being felt.  It also proves that the destruction of the greedy is the opportunity for the silent and weak to find voice.  Many fathers and mothers around the globe have been destroyed because of hooligans in business suits, which never raised any concern.  The investors who are the owners of these multi-national corporations are only now beginning to question, not because it is right, they question for their portfolio has been stricken with the terrible disease.  The greatest irony is the record setting incarceration of 2 million individuals in America alone has not committed half the crime as what those with power and money have caused.  Yet, none of those people will ever be punished, much less accused.  The stock market and the global markets have been on a steady decline with only false hope of return. With so much education and free will, it is beyond overstanding how people who are being dragged on concrete still hang on with hope.  InI guess the illusion is all they have.

I.Q. TEST

Youths in programs that claim children have mental issues or retardation are being criticized for hiding documents that prove otherwise.  These 'consumers' are given I.Q. tests (which have always been seen as biased) in which the results reveal a rising few are passing the exams, which could lead to their release.  There has been leaks from the system that state the administrators are either denying the results, or flat out destroying them.  In a society where the majority of the people affected are poor, and who have very little family with no assistance to defend their cause, these people are mislabeled and have their lives destroyed under the cover of "help."  The system's prisons and so-called public programs are created with the basic idea of profit, monetarily and otherwise, at the expense of those they deem unfortunate or uncivilized.  Who feels this is only a problem in the west seems to forget that the concepts here are being used around the world, so how many have been condemned?

SMRT Release - NAT TURNERS ULTIMATUM: Reparations Or Else!

One hundred and seventy years ago, Nat Turner organized a Black Liberation Army and marched through the countryside of Southampton County, Virginia. His ultimate objective was to secure freedom, justice and equality for every Black man, woman and child in the United States of America. This is what Reparations is all about: to Identify, Reclaim and Demand the return of every thing that was lost, taken or stolen.

True, most of what was lost to us is absolutely priceless. No amount of anything can replace it. How do you replace a child that was sold to balance the books of (i.e.) one of the slave holding chieftains whom Nat Turner took out. Yep, many times, when they ran short of cash, they'd decide to make up the "short fall" by deciding to sell one of their "properties." The fact that the "property" was your Mother, Father, Sister or Brothers mattered little to the slave holder. All he wanted was to raise some money to pay his bills.

For our Reparations, they cannot pay for, or return everything that was lost, but they can pay in Reparations, which will begin the healing process.

The above is important for us to remember as we approach the fourth of July. To many of us, it is just the demarcation of one more year where we are participating in the celebration of another peoples' independence, and not our own.

We are mindful that the Messenger of Allah, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad have us celebrating our own independence on the same day. But by and large, Black people in America don't know this; or don't feel the freedom that The Messenger told us Master Fard came to grant us. In essence, this is the message that he was charged to deliver to us, along with the ways and means to achieve it. He delivered the Message and moved on...

One thing we might keep in mind is the fact that the original date Nat Turner chose for his Revolt, was in fact, the 4th of July. It was put off for reasons we state in our book on the subject (he was ill)*. But everything he did is instructive to us. The revolt was rescheduled and enacted August 21, 1831. By the way, there is a reason for choosing July 4 that is, probably too gruesome to post to this list.  Denmark Vesey also chose July 4 as the enactment date for his revolt.

Let us just take a brief look at the task that lay before Nat Turner and his men. As stated, his ultimate objective was to reclaim everything that was lost (Reparations), but in order to get there, he had to achieve some interim goals. This is not unlike the work of N'COBRA, clearly, we must put some things in place before we have any hope of obtaining our Reparations. And we are doing just that, with or without the sheer mind power in our community that would accelerate the time when we will achieve our overall objective. I hope everyone reading this, understand that the constitution of certain N'COBRA institutions is the 'putting of things in place that are necessary to receive our reparations: The first thing was the building of a National Coalition that reflect the diversity of our community,' The Economic Development Commissioners, SMRT Services, Human Resources Commission (TNPR - the largest organization of Black prisoners in America, not accepted as a part of N'COBRA, but is an extension of what we bring).  And we have had 13 annual Conventions, and all other integral parts of N'COBRA.

The conventions are equivalent to Nat Turner "freeing the captives and organizing an army." As you can see, the people bearing witness to what they saw at the Conventions, prompted them to join and sing the praises of N'COBRA. They are now in the ranks and are marching to the tune of what N'COBRA started back in 1987. What is N'COBRA'S immediate task? You have an opportunity to help to decide it: so join quickly!

Nat Turner started out with the ultimate objective clearly in his mind. His ultimatum was obvious: 'Give us our freedom, or else!" Many didn't agree with him, or join him.  They wanted to give the slaveholders one-more-chance. And some did; and many of them were wantonly killed by their masters in the wake of the Rebellion. As we know, Nat Turner paid no attention to the ones who wanted to try something short of the enacting the ultimatum. He and the Army marched and conquered...

Nat Turners' immediate task was to form a liberation army. He had a plan. He would attack the slaveholders on a predetermined route to Jerusalem (the county seat). He needed to get to Jerusalem because that is the place where the armory was, for as he attacked the slave holders, he had the awesome task of freeing the captives and forming them, who would, into an army. Contrary to what many may believe, there was no planning or rehearsing this. He could not alert the captives he was freeing that he was coming. He had no e-mail, faxes, telephone or cars, but he acted.

He'd learned from history. Denmark Veseys revolt had been betrayed because he'd confided in the wrong persons in the community (who are the wrong persons? If Nat Turner knew the answer to this question, no doubt he would have confided in more than he did. He identified four that he did confide in, but he didn't tell them until late in his plans: they were Sam, Nelson, Tom and Hark). The revolt was such a surprise that many of the captives actually ran away. Some even hid a few Caucasians (not too many, The Army scared them too: so it was truly, ":every many for himself and God for us all") . But enough of them joined. And they marched to the next plantation where this plan of attack was repeated: free the captives, kill all Caucasians in the house. Take their money and other values, then move on...

To make a long story short, they were successful in some 17 straight battle, before tasting the defeat that caused him to retreat. He was captured on October 31, 1831. And hung on November 11, 1831.

In an appendage to the earlier article I quoted Nat Turner, as he joined members of the BLA to stage the revolt of 1831. For those who don't know, the original plans called for it to begin on July 4, 1831. It was put off because the magnitude of the effort so overwhelmed Nat Turner, he became ill. I'll repeat the dialogue verbatim as is recorded in the "Original Confessions of Nat Turner:"
